"made me feel so at ease"

Went today with an abcess. Terrified of dentist so was an ordeal to even go. Once I saw the student, who could tell straight away that I was anxious. The dentist tried to reassure me through out my treatment and though I was shaking all way through the dentist did put me at ease. Gave me the extra time to talk to me. All through the treatment I was informed of exactly what was happening. Glad its over with but students bedside manner was excellent.
