"Telephone Incident"

About: Poole General Hospital

Foul experience over the phone.

Rude, uninformative, ignorant and un apathetic staff. Talked over me, ignored my questions and when I asked for the person's name who was speaking disrespectful to me I got the phone put down! This was on the outpaitients telephone line between 3:30pm-4pm on 11/01/2016. I would never have a member of staff below me talking to customers or in this case patients in such a foul un apathetic way.

All I wanted to do was make an appointment to have my stiches taken out which I could do at A&E without paperwork.

I was demanded to register with a GP in Bournemouth and get refered but I have all my paperwork with me from the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham.

Foul service. I have know idea what I am paying 20% into this country for. disgusting
