What I liked

I was very impressed by the care shown by the staff to myself and also to other patients.

When I was with you my wife was recovering from an operation and it meant a great deal to her to know that I was being well cared for.

I am pleased to hear about the excellent level of care that not only you received, but also that which you observed given to other patients during your stay. I am also pleased to hear that knowing you were being well cared for made things easier for your wife who was recovering from an operation.
