"Excellent care in a very clean hospital"

Just returned home after a family day out was interrupted by Grandma taking a fall. She was taken to A&E by Ambulance with family from all over the country (non of us live near Stratford) following afterwards.

The reception staff, particularly one, were incredibly helpful, checking for updates and keeping us informed while procedures were taking place and a few members stayed by the bedside.

I can't remember seeing a cleaner hospital. Also bright, fresh and welcoming.

The care was excellent and punctual. Staff took in to account the difficulties of being away from the patient and family member's homes.

You hope you don't have to recommend hospitals to friends but this one wouldn't be a bad place to have to go to.
