"Hospital car parking"

My partner recently had a breast removed in your hospital. She received excellent treatment and your staff were fantastic. My concern is the car parking situation, I visited her six times and each time spent about 30 mins trying to find a parking space. On my final visit to collect her I spent 40 mins looking, which caused both of us stress.

We had cause to attend your hospital on Saturday to have her drain checked. I was shocked to see your car park virtually empty. Is this because it is a weekend and the car park is not being used by local shoppers and workers. If this is the case then I feel that action should be taken against the offenders.
