"Accident and Emergency care"

My Father in Law sadly passed away in the Accident and Emergency Department a week before christmas. I just want to say what an amazing team of doctors and nurses that looked after him.

My only concern is the pateints relatives room is too far away from the resuscitation area and both myself and my family members who were all very distraught, felt like you were in a goldfish bowl as you walked from the relatives room to the resus room.

This needs to be looked and and altered if at all possible.

Otherwise the care was brilliant.
