"Who design'd front of new a/e department"

About: New Cross Hospital

Husband had to have wheel chair to be bought in to A/E . No access to front door, lawn and path pretty but not practical. car park across the way, one way in one way out which you have to go all round the hospital again to come back to drop off point to pick up. Gutter has no drop except at very end again not practical. On day of visit pouring of rain got soaked you try pushing wheel chair husband heavy than me hold a brolly and steer down path, could not see where I was going came off path on to grass which with weather was deep mud wheel of wheel chair sunk in to mud, lost my shoes in mud a lady passing came to my help, shoes back on very muddy almost toppled wheel chair, great playing do you have no brains on practicality. Wish I had had you there to push into the mud, I was not pleased. Second because my husband had not broke his shoulder no one could or would treat him eg give his shoulder an injection.reason of wheel chair he had had a knee replacement so was not able to use crutches because of no use in arm due to the shoulder.plus doors not staying open in corridors great idea. you try pushing wheel chair through a door you also have to keep open. where do you get these people from with these ideas. Can not find any fault with the Dr we saw not their problem they cannot inject though do not know why there was not some one in the hospital that could have done it. Thanks for nothing and in the end no use just a total waste of our time and yours with a lot of worry and upset to our selves just hope i never need A/E again unless bought in ambulance. Why was Stafford hospital closed.
