About: Heartlands Hospital

Attended ward 1 and inventional radiology for a pelvic embolisation my care was outstanding everyone was very kind and calming as I was extremely nervous the consultant was just as brilliant explaining the procedure and what they were doing, as they were doing it. All happy smiling faces very great full from the radiology assistants to the staff nurses and the hca and the staff nurse in the ward my care was brilliant. Thanks to all.

thank you so very much for your feedback regarding Ward 1 at Heartlands Hospital, and also the Interventional Radiology Team for your recent procedure.

I am so pleased to read that you felt all of the staff you encountered in your patient journey were caring, kind and calming, and that everything was clearly explained to you at every stage.

I will have great pleasure in forwardng your comments to Senior Sister Sunita Rani, Ward 1 Nurse Manager, and to Tracy Nash Matron for Gynaecology Services, as well as to Dr Paul Crowe, Consultant Interventional Radiologist & Interventional Radiology Clinical Lead at Heartlands Hospital, who will all be thrilled to read your feedback and ensure it is communicated to all of their teams who work very hard to support patients throughout their care and ensure a positive patient experience.
