"listening to gossip"

I hurt my back catching my wife, she passes out a lot with her illness,

I am her carer. went to hospital told reception what had happened and was booked in told to wait nobody else there... 40 min later i was called in.

I was ask then the same questions as ask at reception when i arrived .

the girl put this on computer then the computer crashed, so had to wait for reboot 10 min later , and every thing was lost and they had to do it all again, then told to go back out to waiting room and i would be called .. stood in waiting room listening to five nurses gossiping about what they had got up to over Christmas......

i am still the only patient in there and in a lot of pain.

20 min later i am called in the nurse ask what i had done, told them, they then said there's nothing they could do as they dont deal with backs and they dont xray backs? and they couldnt even give me any pain killers. but if i went to Gloucester hospital they might help. so kept there waiting over 1hr listening to gossip what a joke.( used to be a great hospital ) dont go there
