I just want to say a big thank you to all the staff that cared for me when I came in to have my wrist operated on- Dec 29th 15. I wish I could remember all your names and thank you personally. I do remember one particular member of staff who was fantastic- answered all my questions when it came to being discharged and was very patient and professional. Also there was a student who was friendly and kind- just what one needs when faced with something a little unnerving.
Preston hospital should be proud of their staff in the Day Case section.
The anaesthetist was awesome! Definitely a person in the right job- professional but funny.
(The staff on the reception desk need a personality transplant- glad they were not actually involved in my care. Utterly miserable. They should take lessons from the reception people on X-ray- they were delightful)
