The staff and team were brilliant, from receptionist to consultant surgeon. The ward nurses were knowledgable, attentive and gave me all the information I asked for.The theatre nurses were equally attentive putting me at ease from the start, as the procedure was a local anaesthetic I was advised of what I would and wouldn't feel and what to do in the event of feeling any discomfort.
My sugery was a three part procedure, therefore a lot of trauma to my foot but I was completely at ease and felt no pain at all, plus a cup of tea and a sandwich on the ward at the end to relax you and to ensure you have no delayed anxiety before you are discharged.
Thanks to everyone to whome I had the pleasure of your care on Tuesday 05th Jan you are a full credit to your profession.
Thanks again
Best wishes for 2016
