"Superstar Staff!"

Initial Appointment * Although no work was being carried out they simply inspected the work that needed to be done to confirm my dentists decision. This was very reassuring and the staff explained a good detailed plan of action such as weather i should be awake or asleep, the time of day that was best for me and even if i preferred to have one side done at a time or both.

* Although very quick it is very reassuring to know that my views and interests were at the heart of the topic.

* Staff were very polite and understanding and in all honesty i couldn't of wished for a better, more friendly service.

Treatment * Not supposed to allow this but i requested if my friend could be present due to my anxiety. This was not a problem and they accommodated this without making me feel like i was being an inconvenience. They even gave her some great reassurance in case she felt like she had to leave that it wasn't a problem.

* When i was called in it was such a nice calming atmosphere. Staff we're very content and happy and all of them introduced themselves. Dentist explained everything to me again and even when explaining possible complications it was full of reassurance and professionalism. Although i understand it was work and what not it felt like they wanted to be there and help people.

*I had three teeth out and it can be a bit of a brutal procedure with the amount of pulling and tugging. Throughout i was regularly asked if i was okay or if i was in pain. I was updated every step of the way with what they was doing, even when one of my teeth was being stubborn! *There was no rushed atmosphere here. The treatment was completed and i was given a little bit of time to get my head straight after what i felt was an ordeal and a half! I was given great after care advice and what to do/who to contact if i have any problems.

The staff here are absolute superstars and Halton Hospital should be very proud! Need more people like this in the NHS! If these reviews are monitored please pass on my greatest thanks and respect to these people!
