"Had stitches still in my head for six months"

I went to Northwick Park hospital And E because there was still stitches in my head and it was all infected and swollen and tender with puss the urgent care centre I see first.

gave me gas and air for the pain to clean my head up he had to phone maxillofacail to come and have look at me I then had too A and E nurse and doctors when the took me in A and E maxillofacail team came to see me there was unprofessional I was in so much pain the didn't give gas and air as I requested they gave me four injections of local anstitc and was still in pain what maxillofacail team said to me there was no gas and air in the A and E department I told to go get it from urgent care and they said we can't do that I was so much pain for 30 minutes with my head burning too I was very disappointed how they treated me I'm in a hospital in a A and E department that has got no gas and air for pain relief what type of hospital is It there was no patients care the hospital gas 3 hours waiting time to see a doctor or longer
