my appointment was cancelled and rearranged three times and involved at least four phone calls and five letters. the waste of time and resources continued when I attended for the appointment. tests by three different staff took about half an hour but because of the long waits between the tests I and my driver were left hanging around for two and a half hours. I was not the only frustrated patient and I suspect that many of the friendly caring staff are frustrated by the inefficiency and bad organisation they endure.
