"From start to finish I was treated ..."

What I liked

From start to finish I was treated with good humour, respect and compassion at what must have been a busy time for the staff. I was also treated quickly and with attention to detail. I cannot praise the staff highly enough.

What could be improved

I cannot think of any area of improvement. I was delighted with the way I was treated.

Anything else?

I attended A&E in the early hours of a Sunday morning on what must have been a very busy weekend. From speaking to the staff I understand that they were working shifts of 12+ hours. I cannot believe how they maintained such an excellent attitude. I only wish I could name those with whom I had contact at each stage, as they were without exception a credit to the NHS. It was one of if not the best experiences I have ever had of a public service.
