"disappointing"

About: University College Hospital

Made to wait for over three hours, no explanations given for the order in which patients were seen. Initially assessed quickly but was then left outside that room for an hour with the assessor promising to come back to us to move us into the waiting room for the urgent care centre but who forgot about us and left so we wasted an hour away from the correct UTC waiting room which was supposedly full but not when we looked. Overall a disheartening view of the nhs. Still waiting in the waiting room. Staff abrupt and not willing to explain anything with their air of superiority.

Thank you for taking the time to feed back to us. We are very sorry to hear about your recent experience of the Accident and Emergency Department at UCLH. We would be grateful if you could contact our Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) via pals@uclh.nhs.uk or by calling 020 3447 3042 so that we can look into this.
