For some strange reason it takes weeks for referrals to get from one department to another, and they are not sent if your consultant goes on annual leave?? Administrator is uncaring and dismissive, serious attitude problem, working in healthcare you would expect a certain level of empathy, no way don't get your hopes up, goes out of their way to be unhelpful, is rude on the phone, ignores email and phone requests, asked my consultant to contact me 4 times, they don't pass on the messages.... refuses to give earlier appointments as specified by consultants however when I call their supervisor surprise surprise they have one available for the following week......
Cannot wait to be dealing with a different hospital because so far I have received nothing but stress and grief dealing with West Mid! It will be worth the travel time!
