"Chaos"

This is the most disorganised place I ve ever been to. Lack of communication was evident everywhere. Drugs were not given on time and when finally administered another person was back with the same drugs an hour later. Took 2 days to get to the surgery even though I was an emergency case. Now I find out the operation was not necessary. On my discharge paper there is s name of the Doctor who never treated or seen me which they confirmed via phone call.
