I called the eye clinic to cancel my sons appt as he was unable to attend. I left a voice message as nobody answered the phone (never seem to answer), I left all relevent information as requested when leaving a message. Realised today we haven't received an alternative appt, called the booking centre to be told my son has been discharged for missing his appt. He didn't miss it, I cancelled it! Advised to call clinic direct, been calling all morning but no answer. Left two messages requesting a call back but haven't received call yet. This is for a 4 year old boy and I'm not impressed that he has been discharged without communicating with myself, his mother! I have 2 children under this clinic and have always attended appts on time or called to cancel if child is poorly etc. Feel my son has been let down through no fault of our own!
