"New year at A& E"

I went to NHS walking Centre because of having pain in my left arm and left back shoulder also heavy on my chest and feeling dizzy just wanted to make sure that it is not heart related and hopig to have ECG test and the walking Centre but I was taken into hospital in a ambulance the staff were really helpful and friendly cant fault them at all. Once you reach A&E the waiting is too long staff work really hard but lack of staff and doctors Specially lack of doctors make situation worse. I waited there 11 hours, waited for doctors every time any test being carried out. Certailnly put me off going to hospital which is wrong because you only visit A& E if your health is at risk and people should not feel like that.

We need more more doctors staff can only do there best and can only do so much.

people waiting to be discharged but they cant go home until the doctors come and see them.

If you discharged patients quickly you make space for more patients waiting in a worse situation then others.

This has also have knock on effect not getting appointment on a same day at GP.

Thank you so much to A & E staff but they can only do so much and that is the fact. More staff needed at the hospitals.
