"Total right knee replacement"

The care and treatment I received was outstanding. It started with the friendly, helpful customer services people who immediately put me at my ease. My aftercare on Dufferin ward was amazing , the staff were kind, caring and very professional.

The physiotherapy department helped me to understand the importance of doing all the exercises to get the best from my knee operation. Lastly the brilliant surgeon, who did the operation.

The whole experience has meant I am now walking, pain free and without a stick. I shall be having my left knee done this year and would not go anywhere else to have the operation done.

Well done all staff at the Horder for giving me my life back as I am a great walker and have already been testing out my new knee.
