I am starting physiotherapy after knee surgery which in theory should be free of charge, I have to walk with crutches so to come to hospital I have to use a car and pay parking fee. I was told that there is no any temporary parking permit for anyone like me. .If we have no blue badge we have to pay to attend all appointments. I think that it is not fair.
