What I liked
It was actually my 10 month old daughter who was admitted with breathing and feeding difficulties and other underlying issues. The care we received was excellent from the moment we arrived at A&E to her discharge from Northbrook Ward. We have since been back for an outpatient appointment, and again the care was excellent. The staff were brilliant, taking pains to explain what was happening and making what was a horrible experience as good as it possibly could be,
What could be improved
It took my husband a long time to find a parking space but other than that, nothing!
Anything else?
I would just like to say thank you and to commend the nurses and doctors.
