Can't fault the doctors and nurses I saw during my visit, they were fantastic and kept me thoroughly informed on all decisions being made and how long I would have to wait.
However, the receptionist on Out of Hours during the evening of New Years Day had a disgusting attitude to all patients they came across and showed no compassion for people who were clearly worried about family members, the receptionist obviously felt they were above everyone they dealt with and could do with a few lessons in how to talk to people!
