I would just like to leave a comment for all the staff who cared for my Mother on 31.12.2015. To say the standard of care she received was Outstanding is an understatement. I myself have a condition which requires liaison with hospitals and have as a result had a lot of involvement with various services. Yesterday exceeded all expectations in terms of the levels of care given. It was a very difficult day for my family.

The treatment - both medical and the manner in which my Mother was treated were second to none. I would like to give a special shout out to everyone in A & E and EDU. My Mother left well, treated and informed. Thank you soo much for the time given. Your hospital and staff are a great asset. I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Thank you very much for taking the time to provide your feedback and for the very positive comments you made about the care provided to your mother. It was extremely pleasing and heartening to hear of her experience; our staff work hard to provide a high standard of care and it is always extremely pleasing to hear of the positive impact that has on our patients and their families. Please be assured that your kind comments have been shared with staff in the relevant departments.
