Visited A&E on 18th December as I had a fall (I was unaware at the time that there is a minor accident unit in Stortford) and was seen, diagnosed and cast applied all within an hour. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful, the nurse practitioner and x-ray technician fabulous, caring, and very efficient. Made what was a bad day for me a happier experience.
