About: University Hospital Lewisham

This is a gold standard service. The nurses are completely wonderful to children and families. It is a warm environment where the views of me and wife were sought and always valued - we were made to feel the experts in the care of our child.

A&E depts are usually thought of as chaotic and where people are neglected. Our experience of Lewisham is the opposite; we have felt looked after and safe here.

Thank you for finding the time to express your appreciation of the care your child received while attending the Childrens A&E at Lewisham. The team always strive to give the best possible care and it means a lot to the staff when this is acknowledged. Thank you
