About: Robert Jones & Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital

(as the patient),

What I liked

I was an outpatient and turned up on the wrong day for my bone scan.. I felt incredibly stupid but I was not made to feel silly at all, and the nurses were kind and funny, and also fitted me in to save going back the next day.

I also had occasion to ring the hospital enquiring about a patient, not knowing the ward. Again I was treated with great kindness and even put through to the ward, and not made to feel I was a nuisance. I am really impressed by this hospital, and would not be frightened of ever having to be an in-patient.

Thank you!
