"Eleanor ward communication"

The staff nurse that was on duty 27/12/15 @ 12.30pm was very rude to my mum and did not want to listen to her concerns they just went to my father and said "your wife dosent want you home", this was said in front of visitors and the true fact is my mum wanted my dad to be more able and freely to move as she knew she would not be able to pick him up if he fell. Now he has been discharged even after our concerns were not listened too my father says today 28/12/15, that the nurse said he was going to be transferred to holcolt ward but they were full!!! The duty of care and safeness of a patient should be top of the list...not the bed!!!

Angry does not come close to how i am feeling right now, totally let down
