"I was admitted at queens hospital blue bell a"

About: Queen's Hospital (Romford)

I was admitted into blue bell A ward at queens hospital... Unfortunately I was admitted after having a very bad asthma attack and was kept in for a several days.. All the staff were ever so helpful and very supportive. It was hard for me as I was a heavy smoker and they did prove to me that there light through the other side of the tunnel.. They helped me with my illness and my disiers of a cigarette.. I came out of hospital as a non smoker and I have not touched a cigarette since... I just want to take this opportunity to thank all the staff at blue bells once again.... Your all amazing at what you do.. Angels in my eyes X X X X

I would like to start by saying congratulations on successfully giving up smoking. I am very pleased to hear about your excellent experience and it is wonderful to hear that all the staff you met treated you well and went out of their way to provide you with the best experience possible. Your comments will be passed onto them. Thank you for taking the time to make us aware of your experience.

Yours sincerely

Kathryn Halford

Chief Nurse
