"Dermatology/Photobiology outpatients"

I have been attending the above department for some time now with a quite distressing skin complaint. From my first visit the staff have been nothing but helpful, attentive and supportive. During one particularly bad "flare up" the consultant even phoned me at home to discuss my treatment etc. Latterly I have been attending the department three days a week for treatment, appointments are always made to suit my work life with the staff on occasions starting their own work early to help me out when I need an extra early slot. What a service! ! !
