"Short spell at Treatment Centre"

I had shoulder surgery at the treatment centre and the whole process from the assessment from beginning to end was first class. The treatment from the admin staff the consultant the theatre staff and the ward staff was second to none they were so wonderful, kind considerate and explained everything and made me feel so relaxed I had no worries about anything . The standard of hygiene is outstanding as is the care and help given by everyone.The cafe was offering good service it would be nice if there was a coffee machine available for people waiting for patients after the cafe is closed. Free wifi and TV was an added bonus . The care given to me by downstairs and on the Ward was exceptional and the clear explanation from the physio was great. Overall a very pleasant experience for something I was not looking forward to Thankyou everyone.
