What I liked
I was a patient in January 2009 and May 2009 for 2 hip replacements. I was very impressed by the whole experience. Having had major surgery in private hospitals before I have nothing but praise for the service delivered by the NHS staff.
What could be improved
The only area for improvement would be in the time it takes to leave on the day of release. Several people are involved and this can delay departure until early evening.
