"Cannot praise enough"

About: Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother Hospital

I had a knee replacement operation on 13th Oct. and stayed on Quex ward for 9 days.

The whole time I received exemplary care from everyone and at at a time I felt vulnerable, emotional and extremely unwell I was made to feel safe and well cared for. Nothing was too much trouble and considering how busy everyone was they smiled and empathised at all times. Even the cleaning and catering staff were cheerful and though extremely busy, were helpful and the food was good too. I would like to say a big thank you to everyone workibg on Quex ward, your constant hard work and kindness was greatly appreciated.
