"amazing"

After two rather poor experiences this year at an NHS hospital, I was referred to The Circle for a 2nd opinion. The first thing that struck me was how welcoming all staff were.

I was surprised that the consultant actually takes the time to come and personally collect you from reception.

During my consultation I was listened to, examined and informed of choices that I could make.

The consultant that I saw was very open, honest and I felt that everything was being done to resolve my ongoing problem.

After a disappointing year it was refreshing to meet such a lovely team of health care professionals. I decided on a further surgery on my shoulder and I had the support of the consultant when making this decision.

I was never felt that I was wasting anyone's time.
