(as the patient),

I began shaking when I came back to hospital, including my speech - was hard to hear and understand.

It can be a very daunting experience coming into hospital and people often report feelings of anxiety. You haven't stated how you were cared for: however I do hope that your were supported and reassured by the staff and that you have recovered well.
