"Mistreatement of patients"

I came at A&E on Saturday evening as i broke a finger, the pastic surgent couldnt see me for unknown reason and was told to come back the next day and a new visit account will be opened. The next day i waited 3 hours before i could see anyone... My best guess was that the surgeon had a Christmas dinner so told the nurse to fix the finger... they had to open a visit account the next day in order not to keep the first one running for 24 hours because it will appear badly in the statistics... I wasnt explained in details what was happening... This is extremely desapointing!! wonder why the NHS is always in deficit... Thats an example of how badly it is managed!
