"Impressed by new split A&E departments"

About: Solihull Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as the patient),

I went to A&E a few days ago. Treated very well by everyone, had so many tests left very reassured and impressed.

I like the new split A&E Departments. Much more organised, cleaner and quieter.

Thank you very much for your post regarding your recent visit to Accident and Emergency at Solihull Hospital and that you felt you were treated well by all of the staff, and felt reassured by the investigations and treatment carried out, which made you feel reassured and impressed.

Thank you for your comments that you felt the department was organised, clean and quiet.

I will ensure that your feedback is highlighted to Matron Clemson, and Dr Erinfolami, Clinical Director for Emergency Services in the trust who will be thrilled to read your comments and ensure that it is communicated to all of the team who work very hard to provide a positive patient experience in often difficult circumstances.
