"Impossible to get through to required department"

About: Northwick Park Hospital

Tried to get through on a Friday between 09.10 and 9.45 am only to be greeted by an automated message saying the department was closed and only opened between 09.00 - 17.00. Someone couldn't be bothered to answer the phone when I rang obviously. Then I tried the switchboard and had to wait 9 minutes for the call to be answered. Got through to yet another automated service which then cut me off. Eventually, after over 1 hour of trying to get through to Cardiology Appointments, got through to a very rude receptionist. I only hope I never have to phone this hospital in an emergency.
