"Thank you! Urgent care centre"

My son had leg injury and I have to rush him to hospital straight from school. I have the most wonderful experience with how NHS was dealing with my situation.

One of the nurses (they were just passing by) noticed me straggling and they get off their way, found a wheelchair for my son and walk me all the way to emergency centre about 20 min walk.

All staff in reception was very helpful and professional.

Then I realised that my parking was running out. And the person (security in car park) took my car details and said to me not to worry.

All doctors and nurses were professional, kind ,attentive.

I would like to thank all staff of Hemel Hempstead hospital for such a wonderful human qualities and professionalism.
