"Consultant did not see me after my Angiogram"

About: Northampton General Hospital (Acute)

I was booked to have a diagnostic angiography on the 16/12/15 which went ahead, Because Im having trouble breathing and getting pains in my chest on exhaustion.

After my procedure the Doctor went home with out seeing me .The nurse on the ward discharged me saying no follow up appointment needed. But im still cant breathe and still getting pains
