I became ill while at my friend's house and eventually asked her to phone an ambulance.
When they got to me they quickly convinced me that I was suffering from Hyperventilation (Panic Attack) and got me calmed down very quickly.
They were very professional, patient and personable, which greatly helped towards my recovery.
I want to say Thank-you very much to them. I have forgotten their names - it was 2 guys and they had a young student lady with them who looked like a young Susannah from Trinny & Susannah.
