Thank you so much to the staff at day surgery st cross and to the team who removed five of my teeth. The treatment and care was amazing I felt very reassured and safe. The procedure was last Wednesday, and last night I started getting a lot of pain in one of the surgical areas. I phoned st cross this morning: the receptionist bleeped the dr and I spoke with them. They kindly agreed to see me at 1pm today in the ED department at Uhcw. I'm so grateful for the treatment I received, quick, efficient and compassionate. I can't believe how fast I was seen. Amazing. Your staff are fab!

The level of care you describe is exactly what we expect from our teams, so it is reassuring you experienced this at two hospitals and on different days.
