"Not happy"

I saw the consultant, who ordered an urgent biopsy, I did all the pre meds an hour after seeing him 3 weeks later -no appointment

I have tried phoning their office many times in the last week, always an answerphone!

Yesterday, 16.120.2015

My GP managed to speak to someone , who was not their secretary, who told them no biopsy request was in the system...

This is not the first incident with this department....

I may have cancer, and it's being ignored

How can this department be run like this?
