About: Castle Hill Hospital

Being a regular visitor to Castle Hill ENT department I am continually impressed by everything that I encounter. The staff are a huge credit to themselves and also the hospital, the reception staff are warm, welcoming and always helpful despite always seemingly being under pressure. The waiting room is much improved now with the addition of the TV as getting a mobile signal was an issue.

The nurses are amazing, always helpful, looking to find ways of offering something extra, today my nurse managed to arrange for me to have something that I did not know was available to me. This will improve my quality of life no end and all thanks to a caring nurse who heard my issues and suggested a solution.
