"The worst hospital experience"

I went to my GP for my childs fever which has been ongoing for 10 days. My GP reffered me to go to Croydon A&E as he suspected meninjitis. Upon arrival there was no place to sit. It was absolutely boiling hot in there. All staff looked stressed and lost. Waited 1 hour untill being seen by the nurse. Then a further 5 hour to be seen by a doctor. My childs condition was getting worse due to the conditions in there. This is absolutely disgusting to be treating people like. There wa another parent who started crying because her new born was extremely ill and no one was paying attention to her child untill some one else shouted for assistance then only she was seen. What kind of people run the NHS??? It is disgusting how you are treatin people in times of medical care. This needs to stop and we all should do something about it.
