"They explained everything to me about after care"

About: Northern General Hospital / General surgery

(as the patient),

I was at day surgery having my gallbladder removed.

Brilliant staff. They were very good at explaining. All staff are amazing, smiling and they are so good at their job, specially with me, as I get worried a lot. They explained everything to me about after care and then told the person who was looking after me, too. I would say if you require day surgery go there.
