"Mainly car parking"

I have found the Royal Derby Hospital excellent.

Outpatients staff in particular are always helpful and pleasant.

Ward staff on the one occasion I was in for two days were also very good - though I think I'd prefer to be in a room on my own if I'm in again!!

The main bugbear is of course the appalling parking situation.

I ended up in the Beefeaters car park on one occasion!

The only solution seems to be there about three quarters of an hour before your appointment, join one of the queues and hope you manage to get in before your appointment time sails past.

Why didn't one of the planners have the vision to realise at least one multi storey carpark would be needed??
