I was given the telephone number for this surgery by my own surgery. Apparently I had been given the clinician number and the staff were not happy. I was shouted down on the phone when trying to explain - unable to get a word in - extremely rude staff. This was a private injection that would have cost around £100 - I took my custom elsewhere.
This happened around 18 months ago.
