"Disgusting wouldn't want to ever have to go there"

This hospital has had me unbelived. They way the have treated my grandma on wards such as stroke unit and ward 28 have been a utter shock and had me in total disbelief.The nurses saying when she needs the toilet that "she will have to wait" because there's no other nurses on the ward and she was the only one and then after 45 minuets of been left it was too late. I went again and found a group of nurses sat talking about there Christmas party and saw that four other patient lights were on and needed a nurse but it seems that the patients arnt a priority to them. Also food drips left on the stand dripping on the floor twice which resulted in puddles when family has visited which should have been plugged in feeding her I would not ever want to be in this hospital nor would I wish anyone else to go through what my grandmother has here it's disgusting and needs looking into. Staff should talk to there elderly patients with respect too as they wouldn't like it if it was there family.
